Yes — 30 days from delivery. Rings and pendants in their original condition. Earrings only if unworn and in their original packaging, for hygiene reasons.

You also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our 30 days sits on top of rather than replacing.

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it. You don't need to send the damaged one back.

Most pieces are zinc alloy with a plated silver finish — costume jewellery, made for the look. The Black Wyrm Ring is the exception: it's stainless steel.

Plated pieces hold up well if you keep them dry. Worn in the shower, the sea or the gym, the plating wears through over time and the metal underneath can tarnish — that's true of every plated piece at this price.

The stainless steel Black Wyrm Ring won't tarnish.

On last, off first — after perfume and hairspray, before the shower and bed. Wipe with a dry cloth after wearing, and store them somewhere dry, ideally separately so they don't scratch each other.

Most of our rings have an open, adjustable band — squeeze gently to tighten, ease apart to loosen. Adjust slowly rather than forcing it.

The Black Wyrm Ring is the only sized ring, available in 7 to 11. Measure before you order.

A note on the Wyvern Wing Ring: the dragon's claws grip the finger to hold it in place. On larger fingers some people find that noticeable and wear it on a smaller finger instead.

Some are, some aren't — each product page says which. The Bleeding Heart Drops and Ashen Cross Drops are sold singly, so wear one or buy two.
