Oveli™ Nasal Breathing Strips – Breathe Easier, Day and Night
Why nose breathing matters more than you think
Your nose isn't just a second mouth. It warms and humidifies air before it reaches your lungs, filters out dust and allergens, and slows your breathing rhythm so your body has more time to work with each breath. Nasal breathing also engages the diaphragm properly, which is why it tends to feel calmer and more controlled than breathing through your mouth.
The problem is that the moment your nasal passage narrows, your body defaults to the mouth — usually while you're asleep and can't do anything about it. Oveli holds the airway open so nose breathing stays the path of least resistance, night after night.
Why people switch to Oveli
Most nasal strips were designed decades ago and haven't changed since. Here's what a modern strip does differently.

FAQ's
Will it stop my snoring?
Oveli helps reduce snoring that's caused by nasal congestion or restricted nasal airflow. By holding your airway open, it makes nose breathing easier so you're less likely to fall into mouth breathing overnight. Snoring has several possible causes, though — if yours continues, it's worth speaking to a doctor.
Will it stay on all night?
It's designed to. Apply to clean, dry skin with no moisturizer or oil, press from the center outward, and hold for about 30 seconds so the adhesive bonds properly. Most people find it stays put through a full night, including side-sleepers.
Does it work with a deviated septum?
Many people with a mild deviated septum find Oveli helps, because it widens the nasal valve regardless of what's causing the restriction. It doesn't correct the septum itself.
How do I get it to stay on?
Apply to clean, dry skin — no moisturizer, no face oil, no sweat. Position it just above the flare of your nostrils, press down along the whole strip for about ten seconds, and let it settle. To remove, wet it with warm water first and peel slowly rather than pulling.
One size for everyone?
Yes. Every Oveli strip is 66mm x 19mm (2.6" x 0.75"), sized to fit the majority of adult noses, so there's nothing to measure or guess at. Your only choice is color — bundles are by quantity, not size.
Black or skin tone — which should I pick?
It's purely cosmetic — both work identically. Black reads as deliberate, like athletic tape, which is why most people wear it to train or on camera. Skin tone is the quieter option for travel, shared rooms, or wearing at your desk. Plenty of customers keep a pack of each.
How does the free pack work?
Pick the 2-pack and a third pack is added free — 90 strips for the price of two. Pick the 3-pack and two more come free, for 150 strips. There's no code to enter: the discount is applied automatically at checkout, and you'll see it before you pay.
Is it safe to use every night?
Oveli is drug-free, so there's nothing to build a tolerance to and no rebound congestion the way there is with nasal sprays. It can be used daily. Each strip is single-use — don't reapply an old one, start with a fresh strip. Don't wear a strip for more than 12 hours at a stretch, and discontinue use if you notice any rash or skin irritation.
Can I use it during workouts?
That's half of what it's for. The matte black finish reads as gear rather than a bandage, so it looks intentional in the gym or on camera — and it's just as useful mid-session as it is at 2am.
